Purpose - Proposed Changes to BRDAA Administration Arrangements

An Extraordinary General Meeting has been called to allow members’ discussion of and decisions on the following :-

Matters for consideration at the EGM will be limited to :-

a) Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) Application - additional HMRC-required changes to BRDAA Constitution.

b) Presentation on the Clubmate integrated administration system.

c) Committee Recommendations

These issues are of vital importance to the Association’s future and so it is essential that this meeting is well attended as these matters will be decided by the votes of those in attendance on the night.

An agenda and related papers will be emailed to members in due course.
