Loch Fishing 2024
2024 October Loch
Fishing
Whiteloch will remain open until
31st October. All
brown trout to be
carefully returned until
closure..
Normal rules will apply to
Fingask.
2024 - November
/December Loch Fishing
From Friday 1st of November & if
there is sufficient interest and
if weather allows (possibly
until late December 2024),
Fingask Loch will be open for
boat fishing as follows to
members and their sponsored
guests.
Day Sessions are 8:30am to
5.30pm, or dark - arrive at loch no earlier than
8:30am, please.
All bookings to be completed on
Supersass booking system by
members.
Prices as follows: Members £10
per session. Guests £15 per
session.
Members sponsoring guests will
be responsible for their guests
conduct. (Sponsors membership
numbers to be entered when
booking.)
All anglers under 16 years of
age must use buoyancy aids while
fishing.
Rainbow and Blue trout;
fishing by fly only, please
treat fish with respect if
fishing catch & release. Anglers
must safely return any Brown
trout caught.
Pike fishing
Pike anglers may use fly,
spinner or dead bait method.
A maximum of two rods/methods
may be used per angler e.g.
a dead bait rod and fly rod or a
dead bait rod & spinning rod at
any one time.
Small pike may be kept for
eating with all pike over 5lbs
to be returned.(Anglers must
safely return any Brown trout
caught.)
Any pike angler using spinning
tackle and catching blue or
rainbow trout in excess may be
asked to change tackle/method or
leave the water.
Pike fishing from March 1st 2025
will be announced via website &
Facebook mid- February. Boat
maintenance requirements may
restrict number of boats
available for use.
