Volunteers Required for River Ericht Bank Work 2026

 

This year's BRDAA Litter picks on the River Ericht will take place on the following dates:-

 

Sunday 1 March 2026

Sunday 22 March 2026 (Followed by Junior Casting Clinic)

Sunday 29 March 2026 (Followed by Junior Casting Clinic)

 

The work party on Sunday 1 March 2026 will meet at Tesco's Car Park at 9.30am.

 

Please confirm your attendance to our President Sean Dornan, by emailing "enquiries@brdaa.co.uk" as soon as possible.

 

Perth and Kinross Council will supply bin bags, long reach litter pickers and work gloves in assorted sizes. PKC staff will also uplift and dispose of the filled bags.

 

Where we finish picking will depend on a number of factors including weather, terrain and volume / type of litter.

 

In any case, it is intended to finish the work parties by 2.00pm each day.

 

Please bring suitable clothing, sturdy footwear and a snack / drink to be carried.

 

To reduce the number of vehicles, please share transport wherever possible.
